This place is AMAZING. My room was right out of a 5 star hotel, complete with luxurious linens. LOTS of space-Lynn even provided candles and bath salts for the tub. Luxurious, peaceful, safe all in a very convenient location. Did I mention how I was late every morning? I stayed there because the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up. Lynn and her sister have set the bar very high. I cannot wait to stay again.

Our trip to Knoxville was perfect. Lynn made this trip even better by providing us a home away from home. Five stars all the way around. The kind welcome, the fresh flowers, and the superb breakfasts each morning were wonderful, not to mention enjoying it out on the back patio overlooking the beautiful trees and squirrels playing. Even the sheets on the bed were luxurious! When we return next year for football season, we will definitely be looking to the Magnolia House first!

Magnolia House is an excellent venue for a gathering of friends and family. It had just what we needed for a party we planned in June. The rooms are clean and spacious and the patio and yard are a great extension for an event. Lynn and Perry are very accommodating and friendly hosts.
